The fully automatic seeder is divided into the following four parts:
1、 Sowing machine section
1. Fully automatic computer control, adjustable parameters to adapt to different plug trays.
2. Easy to operate, with automatic buttons for on/off control.
3. The entire process is controlled by electronic eyes, and if there is no hole plate passing through, the drum will not rotate, so there will be no waste of seeds.
4. The seed box is equipped with a vibrating part to enable the drum to better absorb seeds, and irregular shaped seeds can also have good effects.
5. The effective blowing device can blow away excess seeds, leaving only one seed per hole.
6. The drum can be replaced to meet the seeding needs of different hole trays.
2、 Disk loading machine section
1. The dual scraper device ensures uniform coverage of the substrate, with no excess substrate on the edge of the tray;
2. It can be manually controlled to start and stop, and can also be applied to fully automatic control devices;
3. The conical plug presses the plug out of the hole shape, making it easier for seeds to fall into the middle of the hole;
4. The scientific two-stage design enables the efficient recycling of excess substrate, resulting in cleanliness and no waste;
5. Equipped with automatic sensing electronic eyes, it can timely control the start and stop of the soil loading line to adapt to changes in loading speed;
6. Equipped with activity wheels for easy movement.
3、 substrate moving machine section
When used in conjunction with a disc loading machine, it can transport different substrates, greatly reducing the labor intensity of feeding.
4、 Covering substrate and sprinkler system
The amount of substrate cover can be adjusted freely, equipped with optical sensors that automatically sense the position of the tray, accurately cover the soil and sprinkle water, without wasting the substrate.
